Villa Linda

Villa Linda is a Mediterranean Style with surfaces white plastered, surrounded by a beautiful land of about 6,500 square meters with olive trees and fruit trees.

Inside, all the rooms have a flat roof with surfaces ad rustic white plaster and divided into: equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house has air conditioning in the living room and in the sleeping area, however, thanks to the excellent insulation thermal, all the rooms are cool in the summer and warm in winter.

Outside, there are 2 large verandas areas currently uncovered. The rectangular-shaped swimming pool surrounded by a large solarium area and lawn area.

The Villa has an alarm system, automatic gate and intercom.
